What is the most important part of your daily routine?

There are two! Building in daily time for human connection with friends and/or family and getting outside for sun and fresh air.

What about your “O” (or day plan) do you think is unique or special?

I’m intentional about how I spend my time, blending work, wellness, family, and self-care with fluidity. I’m incredibly privileged to be able to work from home and live in close proximity to my kids’ schools. Leveraging those benefits, I try to provide myself structure while staying flexible to balance professional and personal life.

Whose “O” (or day plan) would you most love to see?

So many driven, purposeful, resilient women I’m inspired by – Beyonce, Michelle Obama, Reese Witherspoon, Ariana Grande, Shonda Rhimes, etc. – how do they do it?

What is your #1 wellness habit?

My daily meditation practice. It’s like creating a gentle buffer zone between me and the chaos of the day.
