Evgenia Ilienko is a certified pilates instructor and a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. It has taken her some time to discover what her life passion is, but after spending some years learning dance, practicing yoga and pilates, she decided she’s the happiest when she moves her body. This, in a nutshell, is how she found her love to become a pilates instructor and a health coach.
After spending eight years in New York City, she followed her heart to Crete, Greece in August 2015, and has been living there ever since.

What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Breakfast because it sets the tone for the day.
Describe Your Night Ritual
After minding, I drink a cup of tea, listen to a sleep playlist on Spotify, use calming essential oils, and do some relaxing stretches.
What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
You must stay hydrated.
What is your favorite part about living a healthy lifestyle?
That I feel great and full of energy to do anything.

Natalia Osipova, a Russian dancer who joined The Royal Ballet in 2013.
If you could give one piece of health advice to future kids, what would it be and why?
Start taking care of yourself while you’re young.
What’s your biggest wellness challenge?
Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation to do self-workouts, but I remind myself how much I actually love it, and get to it.
