What’s your favorite vegetable?
I don’t have a personal favorite vegetable. They are all pretty good.
What’s your favorite exercise?
Surfing.
What’s your favorite way to center?
Surfing. Discovering something new in the universe. Play with wife and dog.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
Morning surf check.
What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Spending time with wife, dog, and/or friends.
What about your “O” do you think is unique or special?
I do my best to keep it under control and flexible.
What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
Never eat anything bigger than your head.
If you could give one piece of health advice to family, what would it be and why?
Start an active lifestyle early in life. Make sure to have fun and don’t worry when some things become difficult with age. There are other fun things to do.
