What is the most important part of your daily routine?
The most important part of my daily routine is making sure my body is fueled for my training!
Whose “O” (or day plan) would you most love to see?
I would love to see the O of Nikki Hiltz, an American distance runner who inspires me every day!
What’s your biggest wellness challenge? How do you address it?
My biggest wellness challenge is giving my body enough recovery in between workouts. I address this by paying attention to my soreness and getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
