What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Starting off my day with a nutritional breakfast and eating hearty meals throughout the day.
What about your “O” (or day plan) do you think is unique or special?
Since my ideal day consists of 3 workouts throughout the day, eating adequately is essential for my own wellness and staying active.
Whose “O” (or day plan) would you most love to see?
What is your #1 wellness habit?
Eating healthy and nutritional meals that energize me for my workouts, classes, and other personal activities.
What’s your biggest wellness challenge? How do you address it?
Getting an adequate amount of sleep. I’ve started to develop a consistent nighttime routine that allows me to sleep consistently early for my schedule.
If you could give one piece of health advice to your kid(s), future kid(s) or relative(s), what would it be and why?
Stay active and perform healthy habits. It will make a huge difference in longevity and health.
