Meet Jena Stagner, an ADHD Coach, Holistic Living Strategist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! As a Holistic Living Strategist, Jena Stagner empowers others to “discover what it takes to get on the tracks towards thriving.” Moreover, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, she assists individuals in “increasing…wellness, improving body systems, or even help[ing]….with a specific goal.” Every day, she works diligently to positively impact the lives of others and boost their wellness in body, mind, or soul (or all of the above)!
