Annika Lucas’s Workday Routine:

  • 7 – 8 AM: Walk my dog, Duke 🐶
  • 8 – 8:15 AM: Breakfast/coffee/start on emails
  • 8:30 – 11 AM:  Deep work
  • 11 – 11:45 AM:  Lunch and walk the dog 🥗 🚶‍♀️
  • 12 – 3 PM:  Deep work
  • 3:30 PM:  Exercise 🏋️‍♀️
  • 5 PM:  Back to finishing up tasks 📋
  • 7 – 10 PM:  Dinner, spend time with my husband and friends 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

What is the most important part of your daily routine?

Movement and connection.

What’s your biggest wellness challenge? How do you address it?

I tend to overwork myself through overcommitment – usually exercise helps clear up the priorities in my head and allow me to execute.

If you could give one piece of health advice to your kid(s), future kid(s) or relative(s), what would it be and why?

Who you are matters to your health! I truly believe cultivating altruistic habits for mind, body and spirit multiply great contribution to the world and your health.
