1. Select the profile icon on the top left corner to go the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the Nav Menu, choose “Settings”.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Sync Apple Watch”.
  4. Check to see if this fixes your issue.

If this doesn’t work, try these workarounds:

  1. Open and close edit mode on your iPhone by tapping on the pencil icon, then on the checkmark icon.
  2. Change the complications on your Watch, then change them back to your original complications.
