1. Select the profile icon on the top left corner to go the Navigation Menu.
  2. From the Nav Menu, choose “Settings”.
  3. Under General, find a toggle labeled “Apple Health”.
  4. Turn the toggle on (it should be GREEN). A pop-up will appear asking for “Health Access”, with options to turn on “Mindful Minutes”, “Sleep”, “Steps”, and “Workouts”.
  5. Toggle the options you would like to track.
  6. Click “Allow” in the top right corner.

Owaves will now be able to show you actual results for your time spent on Exercise and Sleep.
