- Select the profile icon on the top left corner to go the Navigation Menu.
- From the Nav Menu, choose “Settings”.
- Under General, find a toggle labeled “Apple Health”.
- Turn the toggle on (it should be GREEN). A pop-up will appear asking for “Health Access”, with options to turn on “Mindful Minutes”, “Sleep”, “Steps”, and “Workouts”.
- Toggle the options you would like to track.
- Click “Allow” in the top right corner.
Owaves will now be able to show you actual results for your time spent on Exercise and Sleep.
