  • 4-7 PM spend time with family/friends

  • 8-10 PM read
  • 10-8 AM sleep

What gets you out of bed every morning?

Running a business with the aim of improving people’s health and well-being worldwide gives my life real purpose and keeps me motivated to get out of bed every morning.
