Morning meditation.

What about your “O” (or day plan) do you think is unique or special?

I predict that my plan is unique/special in that I build in a lot of time to create and “play” and recharge…while I’m “working.”

Whose “O” (or day plan) would you most love to see?

Tim Ferris

What is your #1 wellness habit?

Meditation/Mindfulness: everything begins in your mind. Healthy mind, healthy body.

What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?

“Mind your thoughts.”

What is your favorite part of living a healthy lifestyle?

The way it makes me feel.

Describe your sleep ritual. What time do you go to bed?

I’m in bed by 10pm, and I’m a champion sleeper. I don’t have a ritual, but my bed is a sacred place for rest.

What’s your biggest wellness challenge? How do you address it?

I have a daily practice of positive thinking, of not listening to fear, and of being happy. Some days this practice is more challenging than others. On my most challenging days, I listen to everything that comes up, I address it, and I’m gentle with myself.

Tell us about a time you were stuck in an unhealthy cycle and how you got out of it. What was the main inspiration for positive change?

My unhealthy cycles are usually associated with sadness, these cycles come and I breath through them and trust that there are lessons for me to garner and I’m gentle with myself while they last. The main inspiration for positive change is to be an example for others who I am coaching/inspiring.

If you could give one piece of health advice to your kid(s), future kid(s) or relative(s), what would it be and why?

The mind and heart matter most, everything else in your body follows. If you mind your thoughts and follow your heart, I believe you will have a healthy and happy long life.
