What gets you out of bed every morning?
The vibrant city I live in gets me out of bed every morning. Boston is full of energetic people, juice bars, boutique fitness studios, brunch places, and more. I love exploring the different parts of Boston and learning from others in my community who also encourage a balanced lifestyle.
What is the most important part of your daily routine?
The most important part of my daily routine is the time I allot to working out. I am able to focus on improving my health and letting go of any stress related to work or a hectic schedule. Working out allows me to zone-out any negative energy and be surrounded by good vibes.
Whose “O” would you most love to see?
I would love to see Andrea Ager’s “O” because she inspires me to become a stronger woman. Her Beauty in Strength video opened my eyes to a world of CrossFit for women. Her words of wisdom encourage me to keep a positive outlook on body image and strength.
What is your #1 wellness habit?
My #1 wellness habit is refueling after workouts. You can always find me with a Cookies & Cream Quest Bar post-workout, my addiction!
What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
The best piece of health advice I’ve ever received relates to my favorite quote, “Mind Over Matter.” We are stronger than we think if we allow our minds to overcome the obstacles and challenges we face. Our bodies are capable of achieving more, but only if we allow change to happen.
What is your favorite part about living a healthy lifestyle?
My favorite part about living a healthy lifestyle is getting to share all the information I learn. I love finding new recipes or articles to share on my blog and inspire others to reach a healthy balance in their lives.
What would your one piece of health advice be?
To find a balance in life. It’s important to focus on a holistic approach rather than obsessing over losing a few pounds. Creating a positive experience will lead to better outcomes and lifetime changes.
