Our customers inspire me. There’s nothing better to hear than a cycling kit of my brand is a customer’s favorite and that cyclists have asked one of our customers many times where she purchased it. This is just one of dozens of examples of how my customers inspire us to do what we do every day. We are passionate about creating cycling apparel that combines serious functionality with style and empower women to achieve more.
What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Family is important. I believe a successful marriage “requires falling in love many times, always with the same person” and it is partly dependent on how you both show gratitude for each other. One of the ways you can do this is by complimenting your partner. A compliment is about remarking upon something positive you see in someone. The good news is that this is quite simple and costs you nothing! I make sure that I sincerely compliment my spouse at least once every day.

What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t take life too seriously. Don’t waste your time on things that your ego tries to convince you are important! Long term stress can lead to serious health problems.
If you could give one piece of health advice to the next generation, what would it be?
Strive for small, daily gains and positive health changes in your lifestyle knowing that they will eventually lead to the accomplishment of the bigger goals, whether it is to lose weight, quit bad habits, eat healthily or manage your stress.
