Homegrown Food

With newfound time that Madi has had due to the pandemic and stay-at-home orders, she has been able to grow her backyard garden! She has planted a variety of fruits and vegetables including strawberries, blackberries, carrots, and cherry tomatoes, which she incorporates into her meals throughout the day. Growing her own food is not only more sustainable, but it also allows her to get the freshest ingredients and motivates her to eat healthy!

Incorporating Exercise

Exercise is a key component of nearly everyone’s daily routine, and Madi is no exception here. She loves going on runs in the morning, hiking through trails, and doing yoga. Although she is no longer able to go to the gym or attend workout classes, she has become used to exercising via online videos or looking up workout routines. Madi finds that exercising in the morning boosts her mood and allows her to have an all-around more productive day. Using the Owaves app helps her budget time in her mornings for physical activity!
