How did you learn about Owaves?

I was referred to Owaves by a friend.

What is your favorite part about Owaves?

I like how it’s more visually appealing and customizable for each person.

Why is Owaves different from a normal calendar?

The circle set up is unique to Owaves and it allows you to easily plan out your day compared to a normal calendar.

Do you think more people in the world should be using Owaves? If so, whom and how come?

Definitely. I think those who have a lot on their plate and feel off-balanced would benefit from using Owaves.

What is Owaves’ biggest room for improvement?

I think including some helpful facts and tips would be a nice addition to the app so people can learn more about circadian rhythms and optimize their well-being.

Whose “O” would you most love to see?

More creative personalities such as artists, musicians, and influencers would be cool to see.

Have you read our Blog or Day Plans? What was your favorite post or why?

I really loved reading about the interns and students. I like seeing how they spend their day and how I am able to relate to their experiences.

How would you describe Owaves to family or friends?

A way to plan out your day that is customizable and fun to use that promotes health and wellness.
