I’m Graham Johnson and I’m currently a senior at the University of San Diego studying business marketing. I spent the 6 years after high school playing minor league baseball for the Miami Marlins organization before heading back to college. When I’m not at school or working, I love being outside! I’m an avid road cyclist, hiker, and adventurer.

How did you learn about Owaves?

Through my hunt for internships.

What is your favorite part about the app?

I love the interface! It’s bright and inviting.

Why is Owaves different from a normal calendar (like Google Calendar or iCal)?

The corresponding blog posts and health tips are unique.

Tell us about the last time you used Owaves. What did you do that day? Anything special happen that might not have happened if you didn’t plan your day?

As an intern, I’m on this thing all the time, but my last personal use involved planning a big hike with my wife in the Laguna Mountain wilderness (Cleveland National Forest).

Do you think more people in the world should be using Owaves? If so, who and how come?

I personally believe that the app could benefit a lot of students. I’ll know more after this semester!

What is Owaves’ biggest room for improvement?

I think that it would be great if the app could make inputting items a bit easier. I’ve struggled a bit with that. Also, possibly linking the blog posts to the app somehow, it would be great to maybe see those featured in the app somehow.

Whose “O” (or Day Plan) would you most love to see?

As a baseball player, I’d have to say that it’d be nice to see another ballplayer’s O. Maybe Clayton Kershaw.

Have you read our Blog or Day Plans? What was your favorite post or why?

I’ve read a few of them, I really enjoyed a lot of the Olympians. As a former athlete, it’s always inspiring to hear other people’s stories.

Is there a friend or family member you think would dramatically benefit from Owaves? If so, who is she or he, and why would she/he benefit?

My brother is also a student and could definitely use Owaves to gain some perspective on time management!

How would you describe Owaves to family or friends?
