On her free time, she loves going to hot yoga, running, weight lifting, and exploring San Diego. She’s also a huge foodie and loves to post about it on TikTok!

Staying consistent. By having everything I want to do laid out and planned, I have gotten SO much better at sticking to a set schedule and accomplishing the things that I need to get done.

Fostering an Attitude of Resilience

Delaney’s goal each day is to foster an attitude of resilience. When Delaney thinks of a characteristic that best describes her, she thinks of resiliency. Delaney has had many setbacks and downfalls in her life, and she still continues to, but she has never gave into them. Each time she comes out stronger and wiser than she was before; at the end of the day it is truly a mental game and she believes anyone is capable of beating it.
