Calo Huang is a student and sleep expert currently studying in Canberra, Australia. He is passionate about researching circadian rhythms, with the goal of understanding how to achieve optimal sleep. When he is not studying as a master’s student or researching, Calo achieves a work-life balance by playing with his two cats, exercising, and reading. We welcome Calo onto our team as the new Owaves Community Developer!

One of Calo’s favorite cuisines is Cantonese food. When eating and maintaining a balanced diet, he also tries to cut down on red meats to reduce his carbon footprint.
To get his cardio in, Calo likes to go on a run along the beach. Running is a great form of exercise that not only strengthens the heart but also releases hormones such as serotonin that are important for boosting one’s mental wellbeing.
