Bruno de Lima Nunes is a teacher who has started applying some neurolinguistics programming in class and in his own life. Ever since experiencing a “major emotional and psychologic breakdown” in college, when his ADHD condition came to light, Bruno has worked diligently to “create [his] own personal solutions” to adapt to how his brain functions. Bruno states that he “has never stopped going after solutions for dealing with ADHD issues.”  Today, following years of study on and intensive practice with solutions for ADHD, Bruno helps other ADHD adults manage their lives and learn how to “tame” their unique brains.
