Day in the Life:
Bianca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) living in Orange County, California. She is known for her calm teaching voice, grounding presence, and challenging vinyasa yoga sequences.
After her first yoga class, she never looked back. Bianca loved how physically challenging yoga was and the mental benefits of yoga kept her coming back to her mat. Yoga would melt away the stress she experienced and she would leave class feeling refreshed. She loved this feeling so much that she wanted to share it with others. She completed her 200-hour yoga certification at CorePower Yoga in August of 2014.
Yoga is a graceful and strong practice to Bianca. She loves to empower her students to move freely and find confidence on their mats. She believes that the yoga mat is one of the most vulnerable places a person can be, since the body often tells a deeper story. Bianca hopes to inspire her students to find balance and practice mindfulness in their daily lives.
Bianca has a passion for nature, music, and all things fitness. You can often find her chasing sunsets, dancing at a concert, or daydreaming about her next adventure.

- 1130AM – Lunch Meeting and/or Blog
- 1PM – Work
- 6PM– Teach Yoga/Blog
- 830PM – Dinner
- 1030PM – Shower & Read
- 1130PM – Sleep
What gets you out of bed every morning?
My morning workout! I like to get it done first thing in the morning because it helps me stay consistent.

My #1 wellness habit is doing something active at least once a day.

Listening to music, specifically, Taylor Swift (Youtube video above)

My sugar addiction! I recently did a sugar fast so I can take control of the unhealthy sugar binges.
