Audrey Maselli is a yoga instructor and mother of 3 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Twelve years ago, she was battling depression and 80 pounds overweight. Desperate to change her life, she tried yoga and found her breakthrough. Today, she is fitter than ever, on a personal mission to help others live happier and healthier lives one asana at a time.

  • 6-7PM – Teach yoga
  • 8-10PM – Wind down from the day (watch a movie, read, or play a game)
  • 11PM – Bed time

What about your “O” do you think is unique or special?

I put my heart and soul into what I do every day because I know the power and potential that yoga has to offer. I know what it is like to struggle, to feel trapped in your head and in your body and I know what it’s like to overcome those feelings. I am on a personal mission to help others live happier healthier lives one asana at a time.

Tell us about being stuck in an unhealthy cycle and how you broke free:

That’s a great question, as I have definitely broken out of a very unhealthy cycle. Twelve years ago, I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and insomnia, as well as being about 80 pounds overweight. Determined to live a happier healthier life for myself and my son, I searched for help. Yoga and meditation were suggested to me, and though I was skeptical, I was more desperate so I gave it a shot and it completely changed my life for the better.

What is your favorite part about living a healthy lifestyle?

I feel great, I laugh every day, I have the energy to play with my kids, and I get to help people by doing what I love.

What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?

What is going on inside is just as important, if not more important, as what is going on outside.

Which celebrity’s O would you most like to see?

I would love to see Sadie Nardini’s “O” because she is a fierce and inspiring role model, yoga instructor, and wellness leader. She went from being told she might never walk properly, let alone run or work out, to traveling the world teaching yoga and empowerment. Her vast knowledge on yoga anatomy and alignment, as well as her rockstar attitude make her someone I would love to learn more from.

If you could give one piece of health advice to your future kids what would it be and why?

Find something that challenges you and that you enjoy doing. You’re less likely to get bored if you’re being challenged and more likely to stick with something that you have fun doing.

Favorite Vegetable:

Zucchini

Favorite Way to Center:

Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation

Personal Motto:

Even if you feel like you’ve reached your breaking point, keep going.
