Dr. Adam Chekroud has been published in top medical journals for his research on neuroscience, computational data analysis, and mental health. Adam is knowledgable about many findings on the positive impact of exercise on mental health in a study of over 1.2 million individuals, performed in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Work out early, call your mom, and take walking breaks.

Exercise, absolutely. and therapy!!
What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t walk to the nearest subway station.
What is your favorite part of living a healthy lifestyle?
Look good, feel good, play good.
Describe your sleep ritual. What time do you go to bed?
Midnight usually. i have lavender essential oils by my bed which i put on my pillows.
What’s your biggest wellness challenge? How do you address it?
Avoiding burnout. I do therapy and exercise a ton.
If you could give one piece of health advice to your future kids, what would it be and why?
Exercise as often as possible, and sleep in on the weekends.
