What is your biggest wellness challenge? How do you overcome it?
I’ve always had an incessant sweet tooth for gummy and sour candy! So, I’ve found the most effective approach to tempering that less-than-healthy habit is to swap out other similar tasting options like granny smith apples, dried natural fruit, or 100% fruit leathers, which offer either the gummy, sour, or tangy texture that I crave, but in a much healthier, and more fiber-rich medium.
