Day in the Life:
Evgenia is a certified Pilates Instructor and a certified Holistic Health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. It has taken her some time to discover what her life passion is, but and after spending many years learning dance, and practicing Yoga and Pilates, she decided she’s the happiest when she moves her body. This, in a nutshell, is how she arrived at her career as a Pilates Instructor and a health enthusiast.
After spending eight years in New York City, she followed her heart to Crete, Greece in August 2015, and has been living there ever since.

- 830AM – Wake-up
- 9AM – Breakfast
- 10AM – Catch-up on Emails
- 12PM – Exercise
- 1PM – Work
- 3PM – Errands
- 5PM – Catch-up on Emails
- 6PM – Cook & Eat Dinner
- 9PM – Watch a Movie
- 11PM – Wind Down for Bed (listen to soft music, read)
- 12AM – Bedtime
What is the most important part of your daily routine?
Breakfast. It sets the tone for the day.
What is the best piece of health advice you’ve ever received?
You must stay hydrated.
What is your favorite part about living a healthy lifestyle?
That I feel great and full of energy to do anything.

If you could give one piece of health advice to your kid(s), future kid(s) or relative(s), what would it be and why?
Start taking care of yourself while you’re young.
What’s your biggest wellness challenge?
Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation to do self-workouts, but I remind myself how much I actually love it, and get to it.
